All graphics on a Macintosh are managed by QuickDraw. • A 0.xx value points out the presence of the original QuickDraw version (black and white, or eight base colors). Available values: 0.00 (original version) and 0.01 (classic QuickDraw for System 7.0). • A 1.xx value points out the presence of Color QuickDraw (1, 2, 4 or 8-bit color management). • A 2.xx value points out the presence of 32-bit QuickDraw (ability to handle 16 or 24-bit color management). Available values: 2.00, 2.10, 2.20 or 2.30 (respectively 32-bit QuickDraw versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3). Value 2.35 is used on the first PowerMacs, and value 2.39 starting with System 7.5.1.
